Start With Your Address
Tell me where the home is and what the roof is doing. I look at every submission myself and follow up with a real estimate, not a call-centre script.
Hail Doesn't Knock First
Valley hail rarely looks dramatic from the street. It bruises shingles, knocks the granules loose and dents the soft metal around your roof, and none of it is obvious from the ground. By the time a stain shows on the ceiling, water has usually been travelling for a while.
That is why the honest answer to most storm questions is the same: somebody has to get on the roof and document it properly, with photos, before a decision is made.

Impact bruises the shingle mat and frees the granules. The damage compounds with the next heat cycle, long before you see a leak.
Wind
Lifted or creased tabs let water past the underlayment. One missed tab on a slope is enough to soak a ceiling.
What I look for on your roof
- •Granules collecting in gutters and at downspouts
- •Dents or dings in gutters, vents, skylights or the AC unit
- •Bruised, shiny or soft patches on shingles
- •Cracked, torn or missing shingle tabs
- •Brown stains on ceilings or in the attic sheathing
- •Neighbours already having roofs replaced after the same storm
The Claim Is Yours.
The Proof Is Mine.
Most homeowners are not underpaid because their carrier is unfair. They are underpaid because the damage was never documented properly in the first place. My job is to put the evidence in front of your adjuster and stay in the conversation until the scope reflects your roof.
You decide what happens at every step. I never sign anything on your behalf and I never tell you what your policy says, your carrier does.
Send Me Your AddressStep 1
Documentation
I photograph and measure the damage, then write it up in the language carriers expect to see.
Step 2
Filing
I help you file the claim and explain what your policy does and does not cover.
Step 3
Adjuster Meeting
I walk the roof with your adjuster so nothing gets missed off the scope.
Step 4
Scope Review
We go through the approved scope and line items together before anything starts.
Step 5
The Work
The roof goes on, I run the job, and I handle the final paperwork with your carrier.
In Their Words
"The whole claim felt simple because Sean was running it. He explained my coverage in plain language, chased down the paperwork, and made sure the roof was done right. I've already sent two neighbors his way."
Alicia G.
Glendale, AZ
"After the hailstorm I had no idea where to even start. Sean documented every bit of damage on my roof and met the adjuster on site. He handled the back-and-forth with my insurance company and got the full scope approved, so I never had to argue for anything myself."
Marcus D.
Phoenix, AZ
"Sean walked me through the entire claim step by step and told me exactly what to expect and when. Having him manage it meant one phone call instead of ten, nothing out of pocket beyond my deductible, and a new roof a week after approval."
Rachel V.
Phoenix, AZ
"Letting Sean handle the claim took all the pressure off of me. He dealt with the insurance company directly, kept me updated the whole way, and never once tried to sell me something I didn't need."
Stephanie L.
Mesa, AZ
"Sean found hail damage my first adjuster never noted and made sure it was added to the scope. My settlement came in well above the original offer because he documented everything and pushed for what was actually owed."
Vince P.
Glendale, AZ
"My claim had already been denied once before I called Sean. He went through the adjuster's report with me, documented what had been missed, and got my claim reopened. That alone saved me thousands of dollars."
Ben O.
Mesa, AZ
